As part of a series of six half-day events, this conference brings together headteachers, aspiring deputies, and educational leaders to tackle the issues at the forefront of leadership within schools. Inspirational speakers will share their expertise and best practice to challenge and motivate participants.
Developing the capacity to sustain leadership quality is the most significant educational challenge of the decade. In this first session, reflect on the implications of this challenge and learn how best to address this national crisis to maximise future leadership capacity in schools.
